1. We ship everyday Monday - Friday.
2. Goods are dispatched on the same day, dependent on stock and time of order. If the Goods are out of stock, you will be contacted by a member of staff to give you an expected waiting time for the Items ordered.
3. All orders will be shipped by recognized carriers or The Royal Mail.
4. We can only ship to the card holder's address, a garage, or a work address.
5. Cappafe is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of extended delivery times unless prior consent is given in writing by a member of Cappafe staff.

1. In the event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us before returning the item.
2. We do not accept returns on used products.
3. If you wish to return an item you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products, we then allow 14 days further for the products to be returned to us, your product will then be refunded once it has been inspected for any use or damages.
4. You must pay for any return delivery costs, except where we have sent a different part number to the one ordered or the item is defective.
5. Cappafe will refund you in full for any items in as new condition, but reserve the right to deduct the cost of repackaging any item that is received back damaged (£5 per item).
6. If you received free delivery and are returning the item because you no longer want it, we will deduct the cost of delivery on the outgoing shipment to you (£10.00 per box).
7. Cappafe is not responsible for any additional costs as a result of a faulty product, unless prior consent is given in writing.
   Products must be returned at your cost and in re-saleable condition.
8. This does not affect your statutory rights.
